As Promised...

So do you remember when I blogged about my husbands super hero picture? Well it was finished in time for our nephew Billy's birthday.  Here is the finished picture...

I love it. I was very close to not giving it to Billy. I thought it would look amazing on our kitchen wall.  Superman is my favourite, Billy loved all three.

A Bed for Trafford and Rooney

Meet Trafford and Rooney (anyone want to guess who their owner James supports??)

Lindsey (their Mummy) asked me to make a new bed for them...I wanted to avoid the usual boring colours and fabrics that are often used to make dogs beds. Trafford and Rooney are dogs with style...I wanted their bed to reflect that :0) so....  here it is!

 This is the first doggy bed I have made ... I'm very pleased with the finished result!

I think Trafford is too :0)

Latest Picture

Here is my latest picture. It is a hand-finished print of an original I painted a few weeks ago. Somebody asked for a fairy picture for a new arrival in their family. I hope Laylah likes it...

Here is the painting I was telling you about last week (just a glimpse) A little Witch in her potion shop!!  I bought a vase rack filled with 6 little glass vases (a bit like the rack the bottles are sitting in, in my picture) and the idea for this painting just popped into my head.  I love it when that happens!

(not surprisingly, I hear the love potion is proving to be the most popular)

Oh and one more thing...  My nephew Billy wanted a super hero picture for his wall . My husband Thomas decided to take this challenge on and paint 3 super hero faces onto canvas. He is going to paint it in strong bold colours... here it is, a work in progress...

I will post the finished picture as soon as it's completed!

Here is a pencil drawing I did a while back...whenever I start to sketch I nearly ALWAYS end up with a Witch or two...or three!

Room Of The Week

I found this photo and it had to be my room of the week.  I Love it. I'm not normally a lover of green, but I love this wallpaper. It looks so lovely and fresh next to the gorgeous white bedding.

I'm going to be on the lookout now for some wallpaper just like it...
